Let's be real, unlike the likes of Call of Duty: Vanguard, which featured almost twenty maps at launch, Halo Infinite offers something a whole lot better: ten tight, well designed, and visually impressive Multiplayer Maps. This tight, indoor, symmetrical map makes for a competitive arena environment that showcases merely a fraction of what the Forge tool is capable of. ![]() Well, now that we've played the game, we can confirm that they are. Set within the narrow corridors of a UNSC vessel, Argyle comes to Halo Infinite as one of the first multiplayer maps to be built entirely within Forge. Speaking of Multiplayer Maps, though, we're pretty sure that you're busy wondering whether the game is worth it just for these. It feels great, it looks beautiful, and some of those Multiplayer Maps are absolutely fantastic. Developer 343 Industries has released an update for Halo Infinite, adding to the game a new map, bug fixes, and other features. Playing with friends in a Custom Game Select Custom Game from the main menu Customize your game ruleset with the Mode Editor, Map, Lobby Options, and Server menus In Lobby options select whether your game will be friends only, or invitation only. It's got that classic Halo feel, with a central lane that has various vertical positions to occupy, and a power weapon spawn in the middle that players will need to contest for. Your Fireteam will load into the same match and be on the same team, where possible. There's a lot to love in Halo Infinite, especially now that we've got our hands on the game. Aquarius is a symmetrical arena-type map full of the potential for rapid battling and cross-map skirmishing. Within Forge, players can place and modify in-game objects, effects, and scripts to create a custom map. ![]() Forge lets players create new multiplayer maps and game modes that can be shared with other players via the Community tab in the main menu. Halo Infinite Season 2 has finally released, and there are a plethora of maps to dissect. If the mode or map is one that you do not wish to play, wait until the bottom bar displays the loading. This update brings Forge mode to Halo Infinite.
